Information on the transaction carried out by the joint stock company involving interested parties

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction involving interested parties.

When several transactions involving interested parties are concluded by a joint stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint stock company containing information on several such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Bank deposit agreement 'Nur Altyn Optimal' №01-16/64-1430;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's body on the transaction — 10.11.2016
