Information on a Transaction with Interest Involving the Joint-stock Company

Hereby, Joint-stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction with interest.

When several transactions with interest are concluded by the joint-stock company within one business day, it is permitted to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions.

2. Subject of the transaction — Premises loan agreement for payment terminal No. 56-04-44;
3. Date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 18.10.2016.
