Information on the transaction made by the joint-stock company in which there is an interest

The Joint-Stock Company "Nurbank" hereby reports the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

In the case of concluding several transactions in which the joint-stock company has an interest in one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions.

1. transaction date — 05.12.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Bank account agreement (current) for a legal entity;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company to enter into the transaction — 31.12.2015.
