Information on a transaction by the joint-stock company with a vested interest

The Joint-Stock Company "Nurbank" hereby announces the conclusion of a transaction in which it has a vested interest.

When entering into several transactions in which the joint-stock company has a vested interest in one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application that contains information on several such transactions by the joint-stock company.

1. date of transaction conclusion — November 29, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Additional Agreement to the Bank Deposit Agreement No. 1;
3. date of decision by the joint-stock company's governing body regarding the transaction — November 24, 2016.
