Information on the Transaction Made by the Joint-Stock Company with Interested Party Involvement

The Joint-Stock Company "Nurbank" hereby announces the completion of a transaction with interested party involvement.

When several transactions involving interested party participation by the joint-stock company are concluded within one working day, it is permissible to provide information about such transactions by submitting a single application containing details of several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction — 07.11.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Accessory Agreement (on Provision of Bank Guarantee) No. 132-6/11-00;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's governing body on the transaction — 15.12.2015.
