When multiple transactions with interest are concluded within one working day, the joint-stock company may provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on several such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Additional agreement to the Voluntary Accident Insurance Contract No. 1;
3. date of the decision by the company's body to conduct the transaction — 11.10.2016.
