Information on a transaction by the joint stock company where there is an interest

The joint stock company “Nurbank” hereby announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

If several transactions with an interest from the joint stock company are concluded within one business day, the provision of information on such transactions may be done through the submission of a single application containing information on multiple such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 27.10.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Agreement of a legal entity's bank (current) account;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's body on the transaction — 31.12.2015
