Information on Transactions Involving Interest by the Joint Stock Company

Hereby, the Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction involving interest.

When multiple transactions involving interest by the joint stock company are concluded within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — October 27, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Agreement on Compensation for the Cost of Personal Membership Cards of the Fitness and Wellness Club No. 78; 
3. date of the decision by the governing body of the joint stock company on the transaction — August 18, 2016.
