Information on transactions made by a joint-stock company in which the company has an interest

Hereby Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions during one business day, in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — October 19, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Voluntary civil liability insurance contract No.001; 
3. date on which the joint-stock company's governing body made the decision to conclude the transaction — September 29, 2016.
