Information on the Conclusion of a Transaction with an Interested Party

Hereby, JSC Nurbank announces the conclusion of a transaction involving an interested party.

When concluding multiple transactions within one business day in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is permitted to provide information on such transactions by means of a single application from the joint-stock company, containing information on all such transactions.
