Information on Transactions Involving Interested Parties

Hereby Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" reports on transactions involving interested parties.

When several transactions involving interested parties by the joint stock company are concluded within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint stock company containing information on several such transactions.

2. subject of transaction — Supplementary Agreement No. 2 to the Agreement on the Implementation of the "Path to Life" Program No. 11/2014-13/11;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 01.09.2016.

2nd transaction:

1. transaction date — 07.09.2016;
2. subject of transaction — Supplementary Agreement No. 2 to the MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 01.09.2016.
