Hereby, NurBank Joint Stock Company announces the conclusion of a transaction with conflict of interest.

If several transactions with conflict of interest are concluded by the joint stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on several such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Contract of a legal entity's bank (current) account;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's governing body regarding the transaction — July 28, 2016.
