Information on Transaction Conclusion with Interest

JSC Nurbank hereby reports the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When several transactions with interest are concluded within one working day by the joint-stock company, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application that contains information on several such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Lease Agreement for Non-residential Premises;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to enter into the transaction — 28.06.2016.
