Information on Transactions with Potential Conflicts of Interest

Herewith, JSC 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of transactions that have a potential conflict of interest.

When concluding several transactions within one business day that have a potential conflict of interest, it is permissible to provide information on these transactions by submitting a single request containing information on several such transactions by the joint-stock company.

2. subject of the transaction — Mandatory employee accident insurance contract while performing their work (official) duties;
3. date of the decision by the corporate body on the transaction — 12.07.2016.

Transaction 2:

1. transaction date — 01.08.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Voluntary accident insurance contract DOS/NS No. 16/83; 
3. date of the decision by the corporate body on the transaction —  12.07.2016.
