Information on Concluding a Transaction with Interest Involvement

JSC "Nurbank" hereby announces the conclusion of a transaction with interest involvement.

When concluding several transactions with interest involvement by the joint-stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions through the submission of one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction conclusion — 29.07.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Bank Deposit Agreement (in a sub-account mode);
3. date of the decision by the body of the joint-stock company to enter into the transaction — 16.06.2016.
