Information on Concluding a Transaction with Interest

Hereby, the Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

If several transactions in which the joint-stock company has an interest are concluded within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions.

3. date of decision by the joint-stock company's body to conduct the transaction — 21.07.2016
