Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction with an interest.

In the case of concluding several transactions with an interest on the part of the joint stock company within one business day, information on such transactions may be provided by the joint stock company by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 27.07.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Additional Agreement to the Cash Collection Agreement No. 129; 
3. date of the decision by the joint stock company's body to enter into the transaction — 14.07.2016.
