Information on the Conclusion of a Transaction of Interest

Hereby Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' reports the conclusion of a transaction of interest.

When several transactions of interest are concluded by the joint stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information about such transactions by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction — July 21, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Extension of Bank Deposit Agreement №01-15/66-0018; 
3. date of the decision of the joint stock company’s body on the transaction — July 21, 2016.
