Information on the Conclusion of a Transaction with Interests

Hereby, JSC "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding multiple transactions in which the joint-stock company has an interest within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — 05.07.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Additional Agreement No.1 to the "Optimal" Bank Deposit Agreement;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company body to carry out the transaction — 28.06.2016.
