This is to inform that NurBank JSC has concluded transactions with involvement of interest.

If several transactions with involvement of interest are concluded by the joint-stock company within one business day, information about these transactions can be provided through a single application by the joint-stock company containing details of multiple such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction - Assignment Agreement No. 5;
3. date of decision by the joint-stock company to conclude the transaction - 21.06.2016

Transaction 2:
