Information on Related Party Transactions

Nurbank Joint Stock Company hereby informs about the conclusion of a related party transaction.

In case of concluding several related party transactions by the joint stock company within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application containing information on multiple transactions.

1. transaction date — June 30, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Additional Agreement No. 1 to the Compensation Services Agreement for Advertising Placement No. 080/SH-TV/2016;
3. date of the decision by the joint stock company's body to conclude the transaction — June 21, 2016.
