Information on the Transaction Involving Interest

Hereby Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions involving interest by the joint-stock company within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 28.06.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Credit Line Agreement №4/16-00; 
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the transaction — 21.06.2016
