Information on Transaction with Interested Party

Hereby, JSC 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When several transactions of interest to the joint-stock company are concluded within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application from the joint-stock company containing information on multiple such transactions.

2. subject of transaction — Supplementary Agreement No.2 to the Bank Deposit Agreement 'Optimal' No.01-14/66-0027;
3. date of decision by the joint-stock company's body to conduct the transaction — 23.06.2016
