Information on Concluding a Transaction with Interested Parties

Hereby, JSC 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction involving an interested party.

When multiple transactions involving interested parties are concluded by the joint-stock company within one business day, it is permitted to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction conclusion date — June 27, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Supply Agreement No. 24;
3. date the company's governing body resolved to enter into the transaction — June 14, 2016
