Information on the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions within one working day in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company, containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — June 23, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Service provision agreement using smart cards No. U910616078; 
3. date of the decision by the company body to enter into the transaction — March 3, 2016.
