Information on Transactions with Interest

Hereby, JSC "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of transactions with interest.

When concluding several transactions with interest for the joint-stock company within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint-stock company containing information on multiple such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 06/20/2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Agreement on the provision of services via smart cards № D910616105;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company body to conclude the transaction — 03/03/2016.
