Information on Transactions with Interested Involvement

Hereby, Nurbank JSC reports on the execution of transactions with interested involvement.

When several transactions with interested involvement are concluded by the joint-stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction conclusion date — 03.06.16;
2. transaction subject — Issuance of WEB-card;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the transaction— 31.12.2015
