Hereby, NurBank Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When several transactions in which the joint-stock company is interested are concluded within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application that contains information on several such transactions.
