Hereby, JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – the Bank) reports the execution of transactions that involve a potential conflict of interest.

When multiple transactions that involve a potential conflict of interest are made within one business day by the joint stock company, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application from the joint stock company that contains information on several such transactions.

2. Contract number — 080/SH-TV/2016;
3. Subject of the transaction — Paid service agreement for advertising placement;
4. Date of the decision by the joint stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 26.05.2016.
