Information on Transactions of Interest

Hereby, the Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces the conclusion of transactions of interest.

When concluding several transactions of interest to the joint stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint stock company containing information on several of these transactions. 

1. Date of transaction conclusion — 24.05.16;
2. Subject of transaction — Mandatory insurance contract for civil liability of vehicle owners;
3. Date of the decision by the governing body of the joint stock company on the transaction — 25.02.16.
