    • Change in the composition of the issuer's bodies

    Hereby JSC Nurbank (hereinafter – the Bank) notifies of a change in the composition of the issuer's bodies:

    1. the date of the decision to change the composition of the issuer's body specifying the name of the issuer's body that made the decision – April 12, 2016, by the Board of Directors of the Bank;
    2. the name of the issuer's body whose composition has changed - the Management Board;
    3. the essence of changes in the composition of the issuer's body: the surname, first name, and, if available, patronymic of the person excluded from the body, the surname, first name, and, if available, patronymic of the person elected (appointed) to the body - termination of the employment contract with Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Management Board, Kairat Turmagambetov Zhumabekovich, at the employee's own initiative on 15.04.2016.
