    1. The date the organization's body made a decision to execute the transaction – March 01, 2016;
    2. The value of the asset being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
    3. The date of the last valuation of the asset being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
    4. The percentage ratio of the value of the asset being the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's assets – not applicable;
    5. The main substantive conditions of the transaction – contract No.5 for servicing payment cards by a trade/service enterprise;
    6. The date of the transaction conclusion – April 12, 2016.
