4. Percentage ratio of the property's value, which is the subject of the transaction,
   to the total value of the assets of this organization - not applicable;
5. Main material terms of the transaction - contract of a bank (current) account for a legal entity;
6. Date of the transaction conclusion - March 17, 2016.
