Herewith, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) informs about receiving a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (entry dated 04.03.2016) concerning the review of amendments and additions to the prospectuses of issued securities. According to the new edition of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On the Securities Market' point 7 of article 9, the changes introduced by the Bank do not require registration. Previously, the Bank resubmitted the amendments and additions to the prospectuses of issued securities for approval due to the initial refusal of registration.
