Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter – the Bank) announces the receipt of a Resolution on Imposing an Administrative Penalty No. 75728-16-00-3/5041 (received on 10.03.2016), issued by the specialized inter-district administrative court of Almaty. Due to a violation of Article 214 Clause 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in accordance with Article 58 Clause 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan by aggregation, the final administrative penalty in the form of a fine is imposed on the Bank.
