3. The date of the last appraisal of the property that is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. The percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction to the total assets of the organization – not applicable;
5. The main essential terms of the transactions – bank deposit agreement, electronic banking services agreement in the "Internet Banking" system;
