On Concluding a Transaction with an Interest

Hereby, JSC “Nurbank” (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) reports on concluding a transaction in which there is an interest.

1. Date of the organization's decision to conclude the transaction – February 4, 2016;
2. The value of the property being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. Date of the last valuation of the property being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. The percentage ratio of the value of the property, being the subject of the transaction,
   to the total value of the assets of the organization - not applicable;
5. Main essential terms of the transaction – application for accession to the Banking Service Agreement;
6. Date of the transaction conclusion – February 5, 2016.
