Atyrau will see the emergence of a new residential complex with the symbolic name 'Guryev'. The multifunctional residential area consists of 11 five-story apartment buildings equipped with high-speed elevators and autonomous heating. It is planned that the new residential area, with its extensive infrastructure, will become the adornment of the entire neighborhood — the territory will feature a playground, a sports area, and decorative architectural structures symbolizing the region will also decorate the site.
Currently, active work is underway to complete the first phase of construction of the 'Guryev' residential complex. By the end of this year, 6 out of 11 buildings under construction will be commissioned. A total of 160 apartments will be available for purchase. The residential complex was fully constructed using reinforced concrete structures with eco-friendly and health-safe building materials. Financial support for the construction of the project was provided by Nurbank.
