Nurbank will not pay dividends on common shares for 2022

Nurbank held its regular annual shareholders' meeting. Shareholders decided not to accrue and pay dividends on common shares, leaving Nurbank's net income for 2022 undistributed and allocating it to the account "undistributed net profit".
