The Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank" appointed Gulnara Musataeva as the CEO of the bank, according to the financial institution's press service.
Previously, Gulnara Musataeva held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Nurbank", supervising legal matters, as well as managing the bank's collateral service, claims and litigation division, advertising and public relations management, personnel work, and administrative services. Gulnara Musataeva also oversaw the retail and card business divisions.
In this role, Gulnara Musataeva succeeded Eldar Sarsenov, who resigned due to acquiring the status of a major shareholder of JSC "Nurbank".
"I would like to express my gratitude to the shareholders and the Board of Directors for their trust. Nurbank has been on the market for almost 30 years. The bank is growing and holds a stable position in the financial market. We have ambitious plans for its further qualitative development, confident growth of the loan portfolio in the retail, corporate sector, and SMEs, expanding our range of services and products using advanced technologies," said Gulnara Musataeva.
