4) Alexander Frolov – Independent Director - Member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank".
5) Rustem Kamaleev – Independent Director - Member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank".
Eldar Sarsenov was born on November 4, 1984, in the Kazakh SSR. He received his education in Business Administration (Bachelor's degree) at Suffolk University, Boston, USA, and his MBA at Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
Over the years, he worked as an assistant marketing manager and deputy director for sales and marketing at the Helios gas station network. He led the marketing department at the Swiss watch company TAG Heuer, USA. Since November 30, 2015, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank".
