Under the 'Өрлеу' program, concessional loans will be issued for project investment, working capital replenishment, and refinancing.
JSC 'Nurbank' and JSC 'Entrepreneurship Development Fund 'Damu' have signed an agreement to participate in the program of conditioned placement of funds in second-tier banks for subsequent financing of micro, small, and medium-sized private enterprises 'Өрлеу'.
Under this agreement, Nurbank has the opportunity to finance micro, small, and medium-sized private enterprises for a total amount of 12.5 billion tenge. Loans will be provided for investment purposes and working capital replenishment at an annual rate of 12.6% (APR from 13.5%)*.
The 'Өрлеу' program is aimed at supporting private entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. It includes the provision of concessional loans for investment purposes, working capital replenishment, and loan refinancing. The priority sectors for lending are manufacturing, transportation and warehousing, tourism, education, and healthcare.
