Nurbank has become a participant in the Unified Small Business Support Program "Isker Aimaq," implemented by the "Damu" fund.
Under the program, the bank will provide financing to entrepreneurs with the possibility of subsidizing part of the interest rate.
The program aims to ensure accessible financing for micro and small enterprises in priority sectors, including manufacturing, food production, furniture production, and craftsmanship.
The program provides for the subsidization of loans for investment purposes and working capital replenishment. The maximum loan amount is up to 200 million tenge, and the subsidy period is up to 3 years. The state covers 40% of the remuneration rate.
"Participation in the "Isker Aimaq" program expands the bank's opportunities for financing small and medium businesses, including in the regions. We observe a steady demand from entrepreneurs for accessible credit resources and tools to reduce borrowing costs. For the bank, this is also an opportunity to increase the portfolio in the SME segment and enhance participation in implementing government initiatives to support entrepreneurship. Thanks to the favorable conditions of the program, launching a new business becomes less risky, and the reduction in interest load allows enterprises to quickly reach break-even and develop sustainably even in conditions of demand fluctuations. This opens up additional opportunities for scaling small businesses with minimal financial risks," commented the Nurbank press office.
