1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms regulate the procedure for conducting the marketing Campaign 'Victory Story - My Family's Story' (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign).
1.2. The Organizer of the Campaign is JSC Nurbank (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), BIN 930940000164, license No. 1.2.15/193 dated 03.02.2020, issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
1.3. The Campaign is held in the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 5 to May 22, 2025, inclusively.
1.4. The winners will be determined on May 26, 2025, using a random number generator on the website random.org and announced on the Organizer's Instagram account @nurbank.
2. Campaign Participants
2.1. The Campaign is open to capable citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and free.
2.3. Employees of JSC Nurbank, affiliated persons, and their family members are not allowed to participate.
2.4. Participation does not require being a customer of the Organizer.
3. Conditions for Participation in the Campaign
3.1. To participate in the Campaign, it is necessary to:
a) publish a post on your personal Instagram page about a relative who participated in the Great Patriotic War or congratulations to veterans on Victory Day
b) add the hashtag #НұрбанкЖеңіс80жыл to the publication
c) follow the official @nurbank account in the social network where the competition post is placed
d) write a comment 'Participate' under the Campaign post on the @nurbank page
3.2. Participation is possible only if all conditions of clause 3.1 are met.
3.3. Each participant can participate in the Campaign only once.
4. Prize Fund and Procedure for Determining Winners
4.1. The prize fund includes:
a) 3 cash prizes among participants who published a story of a WWII participant:
- 350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand) tenge - 1 prize
- 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) tenge - 1 prize
- 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) tenge - 1 prize
b) 3 branded backpacks among participants who posted congratulations to veterans
4.2. Cash prizes will be credited to the Organizer's payment card.
a) If the Winner does not have an Organizer's payment card, the Winner must contact the nearest Organizer's branch to issue a payment card.
b) The Organizer transfers funds within 15 working days from the moment the payment card is opened or the notification of winning is received.
4.3. Branded backpacks will be sent to the postal address provided by the Winner.
4.4. Winners are determined randomly using a random number generator on the website random.org.
4.5. The draw will take place on May 26, 2025, live on Instagram @nurbank.
4.6. The results of the draw are final and not subject to review.
4.7. Within one working day from the date of determining the Winner (clause 4.5 of these Rules), a responsible employee of the Organizer informs the Winner of their right to receive the Prize, the place of presenting the corresponding Prize, and clarifies whether the Winner has an Organizer's payment card. The Organizer is entitled to request the Winner's IIN to verify compliance with clauses 2.1 and 2.3. If a Winner who meets the conditions of clauses 2.1 and 2.3 is identified, the Prizes will not be redrawn.
4.8. Prizes are not exchanged for their cash equivalent (except for cash prizes) and are not subject to replacement.
4.9. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
4.10. The Organizer contacts the Winners via direct messages on social networks and/or the details provided in the profile.
4.11. The right to the Prize passes to the Winner at the time of its receipt. From this moment, the Organizer is not liable for the risk associated with the loss of the Prize, its possession, and use.
5. Use of Personal Data
5.1. Participation in the Campaign signifies the Participant's consent to the processing and storage of their personal data (full name, IIN, contact details, public account), solely for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, identifying winners and awarding prizes.
5.2. Personal data is not shared with third parties and is not used for commercial purposes.
5.3. Participation in the Campaign confirms the Participant's consent to public mention of their name in case of victory.
5.4. Competition publications will not be used in the Organizer's promotional materials.
6. Responsibility and Rights of the Organizer
6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
a) incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Participant
b) inability to contact the Winner due to profile blocking, lack of response, etc.
c) technical failures in the operation of social networks
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the prize if the Participant has violated the Campaign Terms.
6.3. The Organizer has the right to terminate or change the conditions of the Campaign without prior notice, provided that the new edition of the Terms is posted on the nurbank.kz website.
6.4. The Organizer has the right to verify the accuracy of the provided data and, upon detection of dishonesty, refuse to recognize participation.
7. Other Conditions
7.1. Participation in the Campaign signifies full agreement with these Terms.
7.2. All disputes arising in connection with the Campaign are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
