Technical Specification

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4103dw under the following lot:

- LOT №1 "MFP"

 

Tender Type: Open:

Tender Start: 28.11.2024 at 14:30, at address: Abay Ave 10B, 3rd floor, large conference hall 310;

End of Trading: 16:30;

Collection of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 27.11.2024 at address: Abay Ave 10B, office 204, clerical department.

 

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria set out are admitted to the tender:

- In Annex No. 4 Requirements for suppliers.

The technical specification is provided:

- Annex No. 1 (lot 1) technical specification.

 

Criteria for evaluating tender applications:

- compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;

- compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;

- proposed price;

- terms of payment;

- delivery terms of the equipment.

 

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:

Package 1: Legal Documentation

1) application for tender participation in the established form, according to Annex No. 5 to this letter;

2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);

3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activities for purchased goods/services are subject to licensing);

4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person - supplier representative;

5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial Documentation

1) original bank statement confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt of the applicant to the bank;

2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;

3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming absence of tax debt;

4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6) pricing proposals;

7) confirmation of consent to carry out settlements upon delivery under the Agreement through the bank account in JSC "Nurbank".<

Package 3: Other Documentation

1) description and technical documentation of the supplied equipment;

2) delivery and warranty service conditions for the equipment;

3) delivery terms;

4) availability of service centers across RK (provide information with name, address, contact details).

It is noted that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or anyone else not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or postponement indicating the new date.

A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be held with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
