JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of Android POS terminals with QR payment support, including a multi-port base station and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will take place on November 14 2024 at the premises of JSC "Nurbank", at the address: 10 "B" Abai Ave., office No. 310, Almaty.
Document submission deadline: by 12:00 p.m. on November 13, 2024, at the address: 10 "B" Abai Ave., office No. 204, Almaty
Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible to participate in the tender who must meet the selection criteria of potential participants as specified in Appendix No. 1 by the time of the tender.
The technical specifications and a description of the software products are provided in Appendix No. 2.
Evaluation criteria for tender applications:
- Product name - Android POS terminal, quantity: 550 units;
- Multi-port base station for POS terminal, quantity: 550 units;
- POS terminal operating system – at least Android 10;
- QR payment support;
- Experience in generating QR on POS terminals;
- Compatibility of payment software with POS terminals model "Sunmi";
- Availability of licenses for Pos terminals model "Sunmi" quantity: 600 units for further support.;
- Ability to integrate POS terminal into a cash register solution;
- Branding of the terminals according to the bank's brand book;
- Proposed price;
- Payment terms - 50% prepayment, then 50% upon delivery;
- Mandatory registration of a legal entity within Kazakhstan;
- Own team of payment software developers; Exist office or representative in Almaty;
- Service center for POS terminal repair in Almaty. Provision of warranty and post-warranty equipment repairs;
- Provision of technical support to bank staff (consultations, revisions etc.), during regular working hours and if necessary, outside working hours;
- Compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) tender participation application;
2) copies of incorporation documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for the performance of state-licensed activities (if the activity related to procured goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) copy of the identity document of the authorized person - supplier representative;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.
2 Package: Miscellaneous documentation
1) The prospective Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcomes of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, of the cancellation of the tender or deferral, with an indication of a new date.
The prospective supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application prior to the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized person of the prospective service provider or without such if the authorized person will not participate in the tender.
