Ladies and gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of Switching Equipment:
- Firewalls;
- Layer 3 Switches Type 1;
- Layer 3 Switches Type 2;
- Blades for Cisco;
- Routers.
Tender Type: open;
Start of Tender: 24.10.2024, 2:30 PM, at the address: Abay Ave. 10V, 3rd floor, room 310, large conference hall;
End of Auctions: 6:00 PM;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 PM (inclusive) 23.10.2024, at the address: Abay Ave. 10V, office 204, chancery.
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria laid out are allowed to participate in the tender:
- Appendix No. 4 Supplier Requirements.
Technical specifications are provided:
- Appendix No. 1 technical specification.
Evaluation criteria for tender applications:
- compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
- compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
- offered price;
- payment conditions;
- delivery terms of the equipment.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) tender participation application;
2) copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of tax registration for value-added tax);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires licensing);
4) copy of the identification document of the authorized person - supplier’s representative;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) pricing proposal for at least 12 months;
2) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts with the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal, if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration about the absence of tax debts;
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) confirmation of agreement to conduct mutual settlements for supply under the Agreement through a bank account in Nurbank JSC.
Package 3: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) availability of a service center in Almaty, or supporting documents for service support provision and official authorization of the manufacturer's authorized service partner.
3) potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, while the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and do not bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the conduct and results of the tender.
In our turn, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person officially not participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for the submission of tender applications.
The Tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
