Technical Specification

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of data storage systems for the main and backup data centers.

Tender type: open

Tender start: 19.09.2024, 14:30 hours, at the address: Ave. Abay 10B, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall

Tender closure: 18:00 hours

Package and proposal submission deadline until 12:00 hours (inclusive) 17.09.2024, at the address: Ave. Abay 10B, office 204, chancery.

 

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined are eligible for the tender:

- In Annex № 4 Supplier Requirements.

 

The technical specification is provided:

- Annex №1 technical specification.

 

Evaluation criteria for tender applications:

- compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;

- compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;

- proposed price;

- payment terms;

- equipment delivery times.

 

The following document packages must be submitted to participate in the tender:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender;

2) copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if activities related to the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing);

4) a copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) power of attorney of the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) price proposal for at least 12 months;

2) original certificate from the serving bank confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt by the applicant to the bank;

3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;

4) original tax committee certificate at the supplier's registration location regarding tax debt absence;

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6) confirmation of consent to conduct mutual settlements under the delivery contract through a bank account in JSC "Nurbank".

Package 3: Other documentation

1) technical specifications, delivery conditions, timing;

2) presence of a service center in Almaty or documentation confirming the provision of service support and official authority of an authorized service partner of the manufacturer;

3) potential supplier bears all expenses related to preparing and submitting their tender application, and neither the Bank nor the tender committee is responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the tender's nature and outcome.

 

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline of tender applications.

 

The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service supplier if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
