Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of access switches for main and backup data centers.

Start of the tender: September 5, 2024, at 14:30, at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, 3rd floor, large conference hall 310;
End of bidding: 18:00;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on September 3, 2024, at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, office 204 of the clerical department.

Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
1 package: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for Value Added Tax);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for performing certain state-licensed activities (if the activities of the procured goods/works/services require licensing);
4) a copy of a document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized representative for participation in the Tender;
2 package: Financial documentation
1) a price proposal valid for at least 12 months;
2) original certificate from servicing bank confirming the bank account details of the applicant and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier confirming the absence of tax payment arrears;
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) confirmation of the agreement to make settlements upon delivery under the Agreement via a bank account in Nurbank JSC.
3 package: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines.
2) the presence of its own service center in Almaty, or documents confirming the provision of service support and the official authority of the manufacturer's authorized service partner.
3) the potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible for and do not undertake obligations for these costs, regardless of the nature of conducting and the results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any individual not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Potential suppliers have the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider or without it if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
