Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a provider for server equipment technical support services and Oracle licenses and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender to be held on March 20, 2024 at 2:30 PM at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: 10V Abay Avenue.
Tender type: open
Tender start: 03/20/2024, 2:30 PM, at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, 3rd floor, 310 Large Conference Hall;
Tender end: 4:30 PM;
Submission of packages and proposals is until 12:00 PM (inclusive) 03/19/2024 at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, office 204 of the office.

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria stated in:

• Appendix No. 4 Supplier Requirements.

Technical specification provided in:

• Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification.

To participate in the tender, you must provide the following document packages:
1st package: Legal documentation
1) an application to participate in the tender;
2) copies of the founding documents, the certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);

• copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing);

4) a copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier’s power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

2nd package: Financial documentation
1) price proposal for at least 12 months;
2) the original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with the seal if available;
4) the original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration about the absence of tax payment debts;
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) confirmation of agreement to make settlements under the supply contract through a bank account in JSC "Nurbank".

3rd package: Other documentation

• authorization letter from ORACLE for the right to provide services for the technical support extension of licensed Oracle software;
• authorization letter from ORACLE for the right to provide services for the technical support extension of Oracle server equipment;
• the potential supplier must provide a letter stating the Partner's debts absence to "Oracle";
• information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates) for Oracle DBMS products;
• list, order, and service terms.

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other party not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" is entitled to cancel or postpone the tender administration with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or its postponement with a new date indication.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for the submission of tender applications.
The tender will be held with or without the participation of the authorized service provider representative if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
